Horizon’s Grief Resource Center serves as a safe haven for individuals and families who have suffered a significant loss – including the death of a loved one, a beloved pet, job, miscarriage or another life-changing circumstance.
Grief is a life-changing, yet common human experience. We understand that the grief process is different for everyone, and we’re here to listen and support individuals who are going through it. Horizon's Grief Resource Center is open to those experiencing all types of loss including the death of someone close, the loss of a beloved pet, and any other profound life-changing event.The Grief Resource Center is open and accessible to the public thanks to the generosity of our donors and provides its services free of charge--no insurance required.

In conjunction with our Hospice services, we offer a cohesive bereavement program which provides grief support by phone and mail for the family members of our hospice patients. In addition, all family members have access to Grief Resource Center services.
Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours.
