Horizon Grief Resource Center Closed

Horizon Grief Resource Center will be closed on Tuesday, January 1st in honor of New Years Day.

Drop-In Eight Week Grief Support Group

This Drop-In eight week grief support group is for any adult experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one, family member, or friend.

Drop-in for one group meeting or attend all eight. 

No meeting Thanksgiving Day.

Individuals progress from the Death of a Spouse/Partner Support Group into this group with permission from the facilitator. Please contact the facilitator, Kayla Waldschmidt, at (414) 586-8328 with questions. 

Death of a Spouse/Partner Support Group

This on-going support group is for people whose spouse/partner has died.

This group is free of charge and does not require a commitment to attend a certain number of sessions.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early the first time you attend a support group to fill out the opening paperwork (this must be completed prior to attending group).

People who arrive 5 minutes after group begins will not be allowed to enter.

New Six Week Session of Gentle Yoga Class

This is a gentle yoga class aimed at stress reduction through stretching, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class if for all ages and all abilities. All poses will be modified for any body. Class can be done in a chair. Class is taught by certified yoga teacher Pat Hartman from Copper Tree Yoga Studio.

Cost is $66 per 6 week session;  $60 for 5 class pass (expires in two months); or $14 per class.
