Grief 101: An Introductory Class on Grief & Healing

Grief 101 meets every Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm.
A cycle of 4 classes will run continuously, each of the 4 weeks covering unique topics.
Participants may join at any point in the cycle, and participate in the classes as many times as they like.
No registration required.
