Talking circles have been utilized across time, originating with various indigenous groups, as a way to discuss important issues, build community, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and empathy.
This six-week group will become a container for healing from loss and practicing vulnerability, as we explore different themes each week related to your loss, identity, purpose, and values.
Open to adults (18+ years old). Registrants are required to attend all six groups. Minimum 5 registrants required to run this free group.
