Talking about our person or people who have died and about our grief – or feeling like we are not able to talk about them - are completely normal patterns throughout our lives. Our society can be quite awkward and uncomfortable around these topics, which can make it difficult to navigate. Join us in taking some time to learn how to advocate for yourself and these important conversations in a way that feels right for you.
