Understanding Your Grief Support Group, Wednesdays, August 7th-September 11th, 1-2:30 pm
This six week support group utilizes the book, Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing your Heart, by Alan Wolfelt and its corresponding journal, both of which will be provided.
Each participant will be required to read two chapters of the book prior each session.
