Registration Deadline for Understanding Your Grief Support Group
Understanding Your Grief Support Group: Mondays, June 3rd—August 19th, 12:30-2:00 pm
This twelve week group utilizes the book Understanding Your Grief : Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart by Alan Wolfelt and its corresponding journal, which will be provided. Each participant will be required to read a chapter of the book prior to each session.
